Our Fees - Employees 

Before representing you in any employment matter, we need to fully understand the details of your case. To do so, we will conduct a thorough assessment and collect all relevant information. Based on this, we will provide you honest and clear advice.

We handle a broad range of employment matters, from disciplinary hearings to representing you in mediation, the Employment Relations Authority, or the Employment Court.

We understand that facing dismissal or suspension is a difficult and stressful time, and financial concerns may arise. Once we have reviewed all the information, we will discuss your situation with you and recommend the best course of action.

We do not charge you directly for our services and will seek to recover our fees from your employer. However, if your case goes to the Employment Relations Authority or the Employment Court, there is a possibility that costs could be awarded against you., if either finds you unsuccessful. We will keep you informed of any legal risks throughout the process and provide clear guidance at every step.

Our Fees - Employers

We represent employers across a wide range of industries, with team members having extensive experience working in the farming industry through to  multinational companies on ongoing projects. When we assist you, you can trust that we handle workplace complaints and issues with the necessary sensitivity and diplomacy, especially in more delicate situations.

We offer support in Human Resource strategic planning, management, and employment relations. Our services include everything from organisational restructuring to development and coaching, ensuring that your HR needs are fully addressed.

Our fees vary depending on the service you require.

For HR services, our rate is $80.00 per hour plus GST.

For employment-related matters, we offer an hourly rate of $180.00 plus GST.

Alternatively, for companies with 20 or fewer staff, we are able to provide the following annual packages that covers  all employment matters up to and including mediation, but excluding attendance at the Employment Relations Authority or teh Employment

  • 1-year package: $6,000.00 plus GST per year
  • 2-year package: $5,000.00 plus GST per year
